Stadix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

What Stadix Does

Stadix is a data aggregation service. We surface stream links from third-party sources via a public API. We do not host, upload, or transmit any video content. All stream content resides on external servers not under our control.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content linked through Stadix infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL on Stadix where the allegedly infringing link appears.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Counter-notices must comply with the requirements of the DMCA.
